When Covid struck, and people were required to stay indoors, it would have been easy for the club to fold.

But once people were allowed out in restricted circumstances, it was Jonathan Holland who compiled the Risk Assessments that were required, laid out the lanes and spaces for ‘social distancing’ on the Terrain and arranged for attendance registers.

This meant that the Club could keep functioning, even in these difficult circumstances. Without this, it’s difficult to see how Lymington Petanque Club would have survived.
